Señorita bread is a must try here. Its made fresh, so there maybe about a 5 minute wait and it is best fresh. Do not be surprised seeing people enjoying it right outside the door in their car. The bread is a light, airy bread roll with a sweet buttery filling. It’s a lot like the band “Journey.” If you claim to not like it, you’re lying!

If you’ve never had senorita bread fresh from the oven, this bakery will set your new standard. The Vacaville location delivers on what you expect from the name — warm, sweet, soft rolls that melt in your mouth and never last long once you get them home. It’s clean, efficient, and well-run, with plenty of variety beyond just the classics. Whether you’re craving traditional Filipino pastries or grabbing something sweet on the go, this location makes it easy to pop in and walk out with something delicious. The staff is always moving and attentive, keeping the line flowing smoothly even during busy moments. You can tell there’s care behind how the store is managed — items are neatly packaged, shelves are stocked, and the team keeps things running without losing their friendly tone. While the setup works great overall, a few subtle touches — like rotating seasonal displays or more visible daily specials — could make the experience even more inviting. That said, it’s already a reliable go-to for locals and visitors alike. From hopia to pandesal, and of course the crowd-favorite senorita bread, this is a bakery that knows what it does well and keeps people coming back. If you’re in the area, don’t leave without grabbing a dozen (or two). It’s a Vacaville must. Best Filipino bakery in Solano County Fresh-baked senorita bread daily Great for grab-and-go or bulk orders Friendly service, great value, consistent quality

If you want a simple sweet crescent roll this place makes some amazing ones. Don't waste your money on the filled senorita breads, just get the regular ones. We tried the strawberry filled and it is just a strawberry jam instead of the Honey butter that is used on the regular. We also got some pan de ube, which was tasty as well.

If you haven’t had Señorita Bread before, you have been missing out! The bread is best when warm from the store. There is a yeast flavor to the bread, but when mixed with the melted butter inside and melted sugar that’s sprinkled on the bread, it is heavenly! You will eat at least 5 breads at a time…don’t ask how many calories in each bread, just eat it like it’s your final meal! They have other offerings in the store, but the go to item here is the Señorita Bread. It is takeout only as there is no place to sit and enjoy their deliciousness.

This is a takeout business only. I am a custom cake/dessert designer... Therefor, my review comes with the highest praise which a DO NOT give out easily This bakery has the most amazing Star Bread... not overly sweet, and it is best when it is fresh out of their oven into your box or bag. I have show very strong resistance when ordering/eating any of their sweet or savory breads. I HIGHLY recommend Starbread Bakery.
